Rightpath Insurance Solutions, the innovations arm of the Rightpath Group, have launched a new claims administration system, ATICS Advanced. It works seamlessly with their existing expert system technology and provides a platform to begin recording the thousands of data fields it collects during the claim assessment process.
Client Services Manager, Paul Staples explains “Our previous technologies have revolutionised how we service our claims business, however, historically these only operated as plug-ins to existing claims management systems. With ATICS Advanced we have not only fully and seamlessly integrated the systems, but also extended the functionality that you would expect from a typical claim system to incorporate process automation, computer telephony integration, bespoke call scripting, content management, tools for collaborative working and its own knowledge base. These are all designed to empower front line staff by putting more information at their fingertips and allowing them to work more effectively.”
