Rightpath Claims have launched an online portal to allow customers to view their claim status, get an indication of when they can expect a response, add comments to their claim and re-open them.

Hassani Francis, Service Team Leader at Rightpath, explained that “We aim to support a wide range of communication channels for claimants and the online portal is an important part to extending our web-services. Customers appreciate being able to get their claim status whenever and wherever they are as well as being provided with another convenient way to make contact with us.”
