Following the successful introduction of multiple new claims services, Rightpath Insurance Solutions have moved their digital business to their Digi2L.com brand in order to allow them to emphasise their position as a bespoke claims solution provider.

Referencing the group’s existing claim solutions; Rightpath Claims, Protect Claims, Refund Solutions and Airline Recovery, Andrew Commins, Managing Director said that “Digi2L.com will now act as our technology and innovation arm and will look to strengthen our position as innovation leaders. In the meantime, Rightpath Insurance Solutions will continue to focus on extending the classes of business we support. We have a very strong record of developing unique claim services from concept through to industry leading service delivery and we want to ensure our family of businesses are structured in a way that allow us to continue this growth.”

He went on to say “We have a wide range of innovative proprietary systems in place which makes it easier to create new claim solutions. Averaging a new service each year, we would invite anyone with a bespoke claim requirement or looking for a new claim solution provider to get in touch with us”.

Shared services such as business development, marketing, accounts and HR will also now be placed centrally within Rightpath Insurance Solutions.
