As part of their investment strategy the Rightpath Group of companies have bought a 4500ft² office complex in Laindon, Essex. The unit sits within ¼ acre of landscaped gardens and boasts balconies and private car parking. It is a 10 minute walk from Laindon train station, which serves as a 32 minute commute into Fenchurch Street, and is next to an area benefiting from a significant regeneration programme.
An extra £200,000 has been set aside for security and improvement works which will take approximately 3 months to complete and see the building rebranded to ‘New Century House’.
The existing Basildon based staff will move to the new office whereas the Rochford staff will remain in situ. There will be excess office space that will be reserved for business continuity plans as well as incubator rooms for Group start-ups, with the rest to be let as serviced offices. This places the investment into an income generating model, further widening and strengthening the Group’s income mix.
