In recognition of their experience and outstanding personal achievement, Rightpath Insurance Solutions’ Helen Prendergast and Jane Hastings have recently been promoted to General Manager and Claims Manager, respectively.
Rightpath Insurance Solutions continues to invest in personnel development to enable personal and organisational growth. Where team members demonstrate aptitude and talent in supporting colleagues and customers alike, those team members are in turn, supported through advancement of their roles.
Helen Prendergast, General Manager
Currently studying to become a Management Accountant, Helen Prendergast joined Rightpath Insurance Solutions in April 2018 and soon demonstrated a keen insight into the full day to day operations of the company.
A former graduate of the well-respected John Lewis Management Programme, Helen was quick to establish many highly-effective process enhancements beyond her initial responsibilities within the Finance & Accounts Team, together with the rapport required to implement such changes, leading to greater customer service and increased overall business efficiency.
Helen says; “It feels great to be part of something new and exciting, and with the team focused on delivering some exciting new work, 2019 seems a good time for change and opportunity.”
Jane Hastings, Claims Manager
Prior to joining Rightpath in March 2017, Jane had accumulated a wealth of experience across the insurance and insurance claims sectors, from end-to-end case management to specialist claims investigations.
Originally appointed to Rightpath as a Customer Service Manager, Jane’s skill and experience was quickly recognised as instrumental in spearheading Rightpath Insurance Solutions’ significant progress towards providing the best in-market customer support to claimants throughout the lifecycle of their claim.
Jane says; ”This is an exciting time for Rightpath Insurance Solutions, and I am proud to be part of the development and growth and I am looking forward to the new role and the challenges that this may bring. It is my belief that happy and engaged staff members create happy customers and I remain as passionate about claims and the customer journey today, as I was when I first started within the industry.”
