Rightpath Claims' flagship claims centre has just received a well-deserved website overhaul.

First-to-market Solutions
In 2012, we were the first to market with our responsive website. This website became a critical tool in our aim to provide services which add value throughout the online claims management process. What followed was significant growth; introducing new businesses on average every 1.5 years. These have been crucial in allowing us to diversify income to strengthen the business and to make us more resilient.

Whenever we have entered these markets we have done so with the same commitment to deliver leading solutions and this has taken resource and focus. But it’s worked. We have kept true to our strategic commitment to remain debt free whilst retaining 100% equity and have grown turnover to as much as £1.7m.

In laying new, digital foundations for further online innovation and growth we could have done what many counterparts do and outsource, but again, this wouldn’t be true to our strategy of keeping development in-house. We believe in agility, depth of experience, and in maintaining an understanding of the needs of the industry. Spotting and capitalising upon the opportunities that this ethos provides lies in having your own development team.

In-house development proficiency enables us to continue to retain and develop leading-edge digital skills for the benefit of our business and the partners we serve. With our growth we have further developed a good, solid investment fund and on this point there will be some exciting news soon to report and we promise to keep you updated.

New Foundation, New Industry First
So how has the website changed? Clearly the aesthetics have been made more contemporary and engaging, but there is more to it: We’ve expanded the Help Centre and introduced a search facility to improve and encourage greater self-service. Foundations are being laid. Last time we revised our website it was in preparation to being first to market for true online claim assessments. Get excited - another industry first is coming very soon!
