Rightpath have extended its customer satisfaction surveys to include Net Promoter Scores and have been shown to be delivering results ranging between great and excellent.

The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s product or service and the customer’s loyalty to the brand.
In terms of interpreting the results, roughly speaking 30-50 is considered good, 51-70 is great and 71+ is excellent. Rightpath delivered the following results for last quarter:
