Working Together
Assistance cases can be complex and come at significant expense to the insurer due to the medical and logistical requirements of helping those in medical need abroad. In support of the assistance provider, and through tight processing and validation practices, Rightpath Claims acts as an additional validation check on assistance fees and invoices as they are submitted.

This helps both Rightpath and the chosen assistance provider in their collective aim of delivering services with the highest accuracy and cost-efficiency to the benefit of the insurer.

After all, it is because of the robust checks we conduct that Rightpath Claims is able to maintain a leakage of less than 1%.
