One unique aspect of the new platform is Structured Document Upload. This ensures that only information and evidence that relates specifically to the claim being entered is requested, in real-time, even for complex travel claims. The platform also provides a visual indicator for each piece of evidence uploaded, such as if it has been accepted, and if not, what steps the claimant needs to take.
