The client had originally approached Rightpath Solutions’ digital incubator, Digi2L, with the brief to design and develop a single wedding brand to realise their ambition of launching a highly competitive wedding insurance product, both for direct sales and via aggregators.
Digi2L knew it would be a race between phase one system design and development and the completion of contracts and compliance checks required to establish the new distribution entities by the client and its partners.
Rising to the challenge, Digi2L suggested that the client should consider the launch of not one but two distinct wedding insurance brands, where each one could be focused on its own unique selling points, including lower premiums and increased cover limits.
Quote & Buy
With the go-ahead to develop two brands, Digi2L designed and developed a brandable quote and buy process, which optimised speed to checkout, with aggregator integration, and the addition of cart recovery as well as automated policy generation and distribution. Together with advanced data capture for the analysis of scheme performance in real-time via dashboard-driven UI and configurable reporting options.
This was complimented by the design and delivery of the storefront, logos and visual identity for both brands.
As planned, the complete and fully customisable quote and buy platform is available now for rapid redeployment in the sale of any number of insurance product types or brands, with system implementation and management fully supported by Digi2L.
